You might remember it from your elementary school art class, but paper mache has a rich history and many beautiful, practical uses. So, what is paper mache, anyway?

Step 2 - Add Paper Strips. Mix glue and a little bit of water to make a paper mache mixture. Cut up or rip your paper into roughly the same-sized strips.
